My account was charged for some items that I ordered and now they are saying that my payment did not,to thru.. Im tired of having to show,proof of,my bank statement especially to a place and someone I,don't know who I'm sending my bank information to .. My card was charged so i want my items, I don't want a refund .. I,want my product ..I don't want an automated response I want a real live person this keeps happening..
