I am writing to enquire about a collar and cases that I bought, they were supposed to arrive on November **nd but it's November **th and I haven't received anything I wait one week later because wish support said that the product may be arrived one or two weeks later but I think that my product is lost or something, I don't want to cancel those orders because those will be for a Christmas exchange I hope you can help me.
