The delivery date for my item was *th October **** and I was asked to wait for a week for delayed delivery. I have not received the item yet. I request a full refund as I do not wish to wait any longer for the item. I ordered multiple items with this above item and yet to pay for them in bulk. I shall not pay the bulk amount if I am not refunded the amount for this item which never arrived..!
