I bought a Wireless Electronic Pet Fence System. It arrived today *********. It is to Large in the shoker part of the collar. I have small dogs and they can't lift their heads up with this on. I need to return this. I went to the history part of my acct and its not on there. Nor is any of the close to *** other things I've ordered. Can you tell me exactly how to send this back in the mail and how to do it. HELP!!!!! This is the email to send response to.
