We have the new sunset bronze wifi connect models of the Whirlpool microwave hood, connected dishwasher and connected range, as well as the new fridge with this suite.**We cannot get the appliances to connect to our network, and this is critical, because my wife is visually impaired and we absolutely must have these appliances connected to our network so we can further connect Alexa in order to control the appliances.**The displays on these new appliances are substantially inaccessible to us as visually impaired customers.**Please contact as soon as possible to help us connect these models and show us how to use the phone app for our iPhones and the Alexa to control the range, the dishwasher and microwave hood.**We relied upon these features in making our purchase decision.**If Whirlpool cannot make this work for us, we will have no choice but to return them to the local appliance store where we purchased them to find alternative models that work.**It's a shame that Whirlpool hasn't taken the time to ensure these expensive new appliances are not ADA compliant.**Our strongest preference is to get these appliances connected to our home network and to Alexa so we can control the basic functions without relying upon a digital display that is totally inaccessible to blind customers, despite the ADA requirement to the contrary.**Alfred Ducharme****-***-****
