We have been virtually w*o an oven since March **. We have had * shutdowns*lockouts after self cleaning, now I find to be a chronic KA problem. We had the same shutdown on oven **. Product Ex change is to buy it back and remove this unreliable and dangerous (potential gl***)ASAP. No call as promised. My first call was to be transferred to Product Exchange. The call was dropped. I have tried ** times to get help after that. The "Whirlpool Customer Experience" that cheerily greets me CANNOT TAKE MY CALL !!!!!
I trust that Whirlpool will make this right and come up with a resolution that is fair.
