We have been virtually w*o an oven since March **. We have had * shutdowns*lockouts after self cleaning, now I find to be a chronic KA problem. We had the same shutdown on oven **. Product Ex change is to buy it back and remove this unreliable and dangerous (potential glass)ASAP. No call as promised. My first call was to be transferred to Product Exchange. The call was dropped. I have tried ** times to get help after that. The "Whirlpool Customer Experience" that cheerily greets me CANNOT TAKE MY CALL !!!!!
GetHuman-mcass did not yet indicate what Whirlpool should do to make this right.
