Hello, my name is Ahmed Nazmy, and I'm using the WhatsApp number . Three days ago, I posted a lot in one group, and now I can't access my WhatsApp because they said my phone number was banned. I have read and understand WhatsApp's terms of service now. I apologize for my mistake and assure you that I will not repeat this behavior. Please assist me in having the ban on my number lifted. I appreciate WhatsApp and promise not to violate any terms again. Kindly give me another chance. Thank you.

Hello Team WhatsApp, My WhatsApp number is [redacted]. Since the 28th of last month, my WhatsApp account has been banned. I am not sure why this happened as I don't believe I have caused any trouble. However, WhatsApp claims it was my fault. I apologize if I did something wrong. I have been using WhatsApp for many years, and it has been very useful for my business. I have sent several emails to the WhatsApp support team requesting the ban to be lifted. I kindly ask for your assistance in restoring my account. I am looking forward to your response. I believe my WhatsApp account has been compromised. I lost access to my account after sending a verification SMS to someone in my student group who requested it without clear reasons. Subsequently, I received a call from a number in the USA with an automated message in Spanish, which I didn't understand. Following this call, I found myself logged out of WhatsApp. My phone indicates that I need to wait for 6 hours before attempting to reconnect to my account.

Hello, I am reaching out in regards to an issue I experienced with my Samsung Galaxy J7 Prime phone running Android version 8.1.0 and WhatsApp version 2.19.22. On 25/01/[redacted], due to a mobile defect, I accidentally deleted my WhatsApp account resulting in the loss of all my messages. I did not back up the database file (Msgstore.Db.Crypt12), so all my data is gone. I was unaware that deleting the account would lead to the deletion of all messages and I am kindly requesting assistance in recovering them. My backups are essential as they contain important messages related to education and jobs. I do not need any photos, videos, or group messages, just individual messages. I last backed up my data on 25/01/[redacted], which is a 64 to 69 MB database file. I have tried contacting WhatsApp support via email for the past 10-12 days but have not received a response. I am hoping for a prompt resolution to this issue. I kindly ask the WhatsApp team to provide me with a backup of my WhatsApp database file (Msgstore.Db.Crypt12) either on Google Drive or through a link for restoration. I'm having trouble because my old number, which all my friends have, got banned by mistake. I messaged you two days ago, but the ban is still not lifted, causing me inconvenience for 2 days. My mobile number +[redacted]36 has been banned from using WhatsApp. Yesterday, on Feb. 17, [redacted] at 3:25pm, I received a call from Mr. Abdul Rahman claiming to be from the Central Bank in UAE. He said I won [redacted],000AED from Al Ansari and requested my bank account number and ATM expiration date, followed by a verification code to my mobile. Subsequently, I received a WhatsApp ban SMS code. I regret believing this individual due to his fast talking and following his instructions. Although he promised to call back, I realized my mistake, took proactive measures by blocking my bank account, and reported the incident to the police. I have learned not to trust strangers claiming false winnings or prizes. I kindly request WhatsApp to reopen my application and appreciate your understanding. Thank you for your prompt attention.

Hello, I'm experiencing an issue with my long-standing phone number that has been banned from using WhatsApp. This number is not only tied to my personal use but is also connected to my household, causing further inconvenience. Despite having reported this problem a while ago, it remains unresolved. My number was banned after joining a group on WhatsApp, and I haven't been able to rectify the situation. This morning, my ex-girlfriend, T., messaged me on WhatsApp through various apps, claiming it was her new boyfriend, F., using her accounts due to a motorcycle accident. He sent me a photo of a broken arm but didn't specify whose it was, hinting it was T.'s arm. Refusing to provide updates on T.'s safety or well-being, F. blocked me and others on her social media. Concerned for T.'s welfare as she has been unresponsive all day, I fear F. might be concealing something regarding her condition. Our inability to reach T. has left us anxious. If any assistance is possible, it would be greatly appreciated.

Hello, I recently bought a new Huawei phone, switching from my old iPhone. I attempted to move my WhatsApp to the new phone but was unable to migrate my chat history. This morning, I logged into WhatsApp on my old iPhone to view some past conversations. I then deleted the app on the old phone and tried to log in on the Huawei. However, now I am stuck at the verification process as it seems my number is still associated with the old device. WhatsApp customer service has not been very helpful, stating they cannot assist me. Hello. I am reaching out regarding the removal of friends from WhatsApp chats. I had left these groups earlier due to the refusal to pay a subscription fee. WhatsApp is typically a free messaging application. However, it seems that a user named Carly Corbin has been creating modeling chats that require hundreds of models to pay a monthly fee. This behavior has been flagged as potentially illegal by legal advice I sought. Carly Corbin has multiple modeling chats like "Hottest Chicks 💰 Vegas" and "Hottest Chicks LA 💰" where models are charged $15 per month, which is an increase from the initial $5 fee. This practice has upset many girls in these chats. I have evidence to support these claims, including text messages and screenshots of the chats and payment requests. I am sharing this information to bring attention to the unethical and unprofessional conduct within these groups and to seek guidance on how to address this issue appropriately.

My wife is looking to retrieve deleted chats and media from her WhatsApp on her iPhone 8+ running iOS 12.1.4. We came across advice on Google and Quora suggesting that she should back up her chat history, delete the app, then reinstall it to restore the chat history. However, we haven't attempted this process yet. She is a member of almost a dozen group chats related to our daughters' schools, sports, and community events. We are unsure about what will happen to her friends list and group chats during this process. Will the account automatically reconnect to her phone contacts, load missed messages, and sync back to the groups, or will she need to rebuild or rejoin the groups manually? We find all of this a bit confusing.

My WhatsApp number has been banned. This Tuesday morning, I recharged my airtime and turned on my data, expecting a deluge of messages. After waiting for about 30 minutes without any new messages, I picked up my phone and opened WhatsApp to check. To my surprise, I was prompted to verify my phone number. After doing so, I received a message stating that my number, [redacted], had been banned from using WhatsApp and to contact support. I clicked on support and was directed to submit a report, which clearly indicated that my number had been banned unless I contacted WhatsApp via email. I'm reaching out online to seek assistance, and I found the email address [redacted] I hope you can help me resolve this issue.

I used WhatsApp via +[redacted]9. Today, I made multiple posts in a group and my account got banned. I acknowledge my mistake and agree with WhatsApp's terms of service. I am truly sorry for my actions and assure you it won't happen again. Please assist me in lifting the ban as I value using WhatsApp and will abide by the rules. I have reviewed the terms of service thoroughly and promise to comply with them going forward. Kindly consider giving me another chance as I urgently need access for discussions. Hello, I am a WhatsApp user looking to retrieve my chats. I have the WhatsApp database file named msgstore.db.crypt12 saved on my laptop. I want to load the chats from that file onto my new Samsung Galaxy A7 ([redacted]) phone. Instead of restoring from a Google Drive backup, I want to use the file stored locally on my PC. I tried copying the file to my phone, but the app cannot restore from it. Is it feasible to restore my WhatsApp chats from this file type? Any assistance you can provide would be greatly appreciated. I am seeking assistance with a Whatsapp issue I have been experiencing. A week ago, I received a message asking me to accept a number change, resulting in my account being hacked. I have an iPhone 7 and only use Whatsapp on my mobile, not on Whatsapp Web. Despite deleting and reinstalling Whatsapp, I am unable to proceed because it claims I have entered the verification code too many times. When I try to reinstall, it prompts me to download from the cloud, which I have removed. Contacting the Help Center has not been helpful as it seems automated. My mobile service provider and an iStore were unable to assist me. My contacts can still see me online, and I suspect someone has unauthorized access to my account. I have tried hardbooting my phone to no avail. I seek a human to guide me through resolving this issue. I provided two log numbers for my emails with Whatsapp: request #[redacted][redacted] and request #[redacted][redacted]. Any help to rectify this matter would be greatly appreciated. Thank you. - AB

Hello everyone, hope you're all well. I was using WhatsApp with my Malaysian SIM card, but when I came to Australia, I faced an issue with the fingerprint security on my Samsung S5. I had to factory reset the phone, losing all my data, contacts, and WhatsApp account associated with my Malaysian number ending in [redacted]0. Hello. I previously had WhatsApp on my old phone, [redacted]. Unfortunately, the phone experienced issues and was reset to factory settings, resulting in the loss of all my contacts. When I initially set up WhatsApp, I used [redacted] as my email. However, it has been several years, and I have forgotten the password. I have made several attempts to recover the account to no avail as Google indicates that the account does not exist. I have since purchased a new phone and am wondering if it is possible to retrieve my old information such as contacts, pictures, and videos from my previous phone number and transfer them to my new phone.
