Tip from another customer
If your email and password are changed on the account then there is no way to recover the account. This company has a very strict policy with recovering accounts and if anything is different then you cannot recover the account. You must have the original email or phone number on the account.

Hi,**Please find the attached screenshot for my mobile details.**Problem: Someone told me to login to some other website so I went to that website. It was asking me to enter my WhatsApp mobile number so I entered and then it was asking me to enter the OTP number which I received in my mobile. Once I entered OTP, that guy started using my WhatsApp account. He changed my WhatsApp DP and status.**Now he is threating me like, he is going to send abuse message to all my contacts. So I want to protect my WhatsApp account number from that person. **Please do call back to my WhatsApp number *** ************Here, I have attached my mobile IMEI number details. **Request you to save my account from that person.
