The issue in GetHuman-j_ghoshu's own words
*) My whatsApp number is *** **********. The number originated in India (Country Code **). However, I was having some video chat problem and went to T-Mobile for help. The service personal during the process deleted my account and reloaded WhatsApp using my US number (* *** *** ****). I have lost all communications, photos etc in whatsApp. *I asked the service agent to revert my acct to original number. But was not successful. I tried to do the same for last ** hrs without any success. I get two options an SMS message to new number (India number), sms message does not arrive in time. Once it arrived but indicated I waited too long - I was not. I never received any phone calls in my (India number)*What I did: I have a dual SIM LeNovo *G phone from India. I inserted the Indian Phone number carrying SIM (Vodafone) in the phone. *Made text message option to arrive at Indian Number. *Because of non-receipt of phone or SMS, when I make another request the time lag to validate my number doubles. It is now ** hrs, I am afraid it will increase to ** hrs next time Unless I get a live agent to fix my problem. Please, I request your help in redressing this problem. I USE EXCLUSIVELY WHATAPPTHRU THIS NUMBER TO MY RELATIVES AND FRIENDS. *THanks. Jita Ghosh
