Went to get my western union at pilot in Knoxville Tn that's on walker springs Dr. I had called them in advance because google maps said their was a western union located there. The first phone call I was told that this is pilot not western union. A Few hrs had went by money was ready to be picked up. Called again and I asked is there western union service at this location they said yes. Walked the *.* to *mile walk. When I got there I was told to go to the phone located at a small outpost by the doors. Picked it up there was nothing but silence. Tried to tap the disconnect button rapidly and listened again nothing but silence.. So I walked out side to plug cell phone in outlet. Had *% battery and knew to make a call I needed more than that or it would shut off. After finding an outside outlet I called a few numbers before I had the right one... For receiving money. Before I could get the eight digit code. Same employee came to me and told me I had to leave the area I was seated at. And also the outlet where cell phone charger plugged in. . I was treated extremely extremely rude and very disrespectful. I will never go back to that location for any service. Please call me back so I can properly file a complaint.
