I did talk to a representative, but because of his thick accent and very loud background noise I could hardly hear him and was not satisfied with his stock company answers. All you people want is more of my money. I was informed that to answer my question, would cost me another $*.**, funny, $*.** just to answer a simple question. Then, when I actually spoke to someone, the background noise and his thick accent made it almost impossible to hear him. What I did hear, was that it would cost me another $**.** just to get reimbursed for my original $**.** for the money order. How fair is that? You people have no integrity, your company is selfish and greedy and will be reported to the Better Business Bureau. I will NEVER, EVER use your services again and be assured you will be reported to the Better Business Bureau of the Attorney General's Office.**Thanks for nothing and please, do, enjoy MY MONEY, you selfish, greedy pigs. Taking advantage of poor people is your game, and I fully understand it. Money pigs. Wow. No customer service at all, and only in business for taking people's money away for the wrong reasons just to make a profit.
