My partner has flights booked with you in December. The flight is booked as a virgin flight but co shared with Air New Zealand therefore an Air New Zealand plane. As you may be aware Irvin and Air New Zealand will no longer be affiliated after October. What happens with this flight? Is it possible to for them to swap and book through air Zealand therefore staying on the same flight? We are a large family going to a wedding and meeting in Queenstown from Melbourne and Sydney. This is a real in convenience as we all were to meet at the same time and there is only * direct flight. All other parties that booked through virgin have happily been refunded and able to re book the same flight but direct with Air New Zealand. Do you honour this as well?
