I am having trouble understanding what's happening while trying to join WeChat and register. I downloaded the Windows version from the website, but a window called Network Proxy Settings popped up. I clicked Enable, then it asked for my email address. After that, it asked for an interface, which I skipped. It proceeded to ask for an account number and a password, but I left these blank. Later, an interface number automatically appeared as well as a password. I recently added my phone number to the account, but I am unable to connect to WeChat. How can I resolve this issue and get WeChat to work properly?

Hello, I am writing with great concern about the temporary block placed on my WeChat account for 31 days due to alleged non-compliance. I am confused by this decision and respectfully request a reconsideration of the penalty. I have always used the app without any issues except for some individuals trying to cause trouble. WeChat has been an essential part of my life for over a year, connecting me with amazing friends, and being without it for 31 days would be like a life without communication. I sincerely hope for a response addressing my concerns. Many friends are eagerly waiting to hear from me, and it would be disappointing if I couldn't reach out to them. Hello, I'm Gerrybel Poblete. Working in Macau, WeChat is crucial for my field. On June 24, during my U.S. trip, I purchased a U.S. SIM card. However, on June 25, my WeChat account logged out repeatedly in the morning. Despite numerous retrieval attempts, it flagged me for suspicious activities. Creating a new account briefly resolved the issue, only to log out again. Even after recovering my account, the problem persisted due to the same suspicions. Upon returning to Macau on July 3, the pattern repeated, with new attempts logging out automatically after an hour. Creating a new SIM card for registration brought no solution, repeating the issue. I rely on WeChat for work and have made multiple accounts out of necessity, without engaging in any illegal activities. Your assistance in resolving this matter would be greatly appreciated. I received RMB from a friend and tried to transfer it to my ICBC card linked to my WeChat Pay. I am currently outside China and haven't used WeChat Pay for several months. The money was transferred to my wallet, but due to entering the wrong password, my account got frozen, and now I can't transfer it to my ICBC card. My phone number has changed, I have a new passport, and I'm unable to pass the security verification for a new card due to difficulties in uploading my ID picture. The form has some Chinese characters that I can't read. I urgently need the money sent by my friend for an emergency. Could you please unfreeze my account, disable the security protection, so I can input the correct password and transfer the funds to my ICBC card? Hello, I recently purchased a new phone, but I'm experiencing issues logging into the app. My WeChat ID is MircoBars and I have the correct password. Despite trying all available login methods, I have been unsuccessful. When attempting to receive a code via SMS, I'm informed that my phone number is not registered, which is true as I used a different number when creating my WeChat account. I've also attempted to log in using my email address, but no instructions or steps have been sent to me. Trying to have friends send me a code has been unsuccessful as well, indicating that I haven't been friends with them for long enough. As most of my WeChat contacts are in China, and I am currently in Italy without other means of contacting them, I'm facing difficulties resolving this issue. I created a WeChat account last week to connect with my Chinese exchange students who can't use another messaging platform. After one conversation, I got locked out due to "security concerns." Despite trying to follow the steps to unlock it, I wasn't successful. I received and entered the code, but the system required a friend to verify my identity. Unfortunately, the only friend I added, a Chinese student, couldn't do so. The system claimed he hadn't accepted my friend request, even though he received a photo from me that day. Other group members with WeChat couldn't assist because I hadn't added them before my account issue. I really want to be able to communicate with my Chinese students through this app. Any suggestions are appreciated.

Hello team, I am experiencing an issue with my WeChat account being blocked. Despite my attempts to unblock it using my phone number, the problem persists. I even uninstalled the app, reinstalled it from the Play Store, and attempted to address the issue, but it remains unresolved. Consequently, I created a new account using the same phone number. Although I successfully signed up after following the required steps, this new account does not have my previous contacts, and every time I log in, it opens as a new account instead of the original blocked one. I solely used WeChat for chatting with friends, and suddenly it was blocked. I attempted to log in using my email, phone number, and even tried to register with a different ID. My account got blocked because I haven't used the app in a while. To reactivate, I need to send an SMS to the provided number, but for some reason, I can't get the message to go through. I've tested my phone, and other texts work fine. I've reached out to WeChat support about this problem, but haven't heard back.

A few years ago, I created a WeChat account but stopped using it. When I recently tried to log in, it said my phone number was unregistered. After re-registering, I got blocked for having two accounts linked to one number. Trying to unblock through "Help friend login" failed as my friends received suspicious activity notifications. I've sent several emails but still no solution.

I am trying to add a second card to my WeChat wallet, but I am encountering an issue because the names on the two cards are not exactly the same. Even though I had successfully added two cards before, I recently received an SMS stating that the names on my cards do not match. I removed one card to replace it with another, but I am now unable to load the new card onto my wallet. I am currently in Mainland China and originally activated my wallet here with no prior use in any other region.

I recently created a WeChat account to connect with a friend in Shanghai. However, after just one day, my account was blocked due to unusual registration activity. Despite my attempts to ask friends to activate the account for me, I encountered obstacles.
