I forgot my Wallet pin code and after trying to retrieve it via the "forgotten password" option it keeps giving the "system is busy" response. It's also saying I have to wait more than a **** minutes . The problem with this is that you cannot access the "forgotten password" option without having to enter a pin code which keeps adding to the number of wrong pins entered. This is super frustrating , I need help urgently.
GetHuman-sinazok did not yet indicate what WeChat should do to make this right.
