I ordered a daybed (Order * **********, phone ****-***-**** and email address: *****@***.com or *****@***.com) with trundle on July *, ****. After I received a confirmation that the daybed would be shipped to me on Thursday the *th of July I called Handy (the company that would be assembling the bed) to coordinate an appointment to get the bed set up properly. I received the three boxes with the beds' pieces on Thursday, July *, ****, and left them sealed. **This morning July **, ****, at ** am, a "Handy" representative, Sam, showed up to put the daybed together. Upon opening the * boxes he told me we were missing some "hardware." He and I conducted an inventory of the parts and discovered the following pieces were not there: **Part A: *****, M* x **mm (** pcs)*Part B: JCBB *****, M* x **mm (* pcs)*Part C: JCBC *****, M* x **mm (* pcs)*Part D: Spring washer *** x ***mm (* pcs)*Part E: Flat washer, *** x ***mm (* pcs)**I ensured Sam (from Handy) also made notes on his "summary notes" of the parts that were missing and why he was unable to put the bed together at the prescribed time. He assured me he would do so. **I then called the Wayfair Customer Service department at **** am on Saturday, ** July to get assistance. As of **** pm, (*** mins as of this moment) I have been waiting to talk to a CSR to make a report and see how quickly I could get the missing parts* I am STILL waiting. **The bottom line up front is I need to ensure the proper hardware is sent to my home so the bed can be assembled as soon as possible. I brought the bed for my ailing mother so she could stay here in my home (a safe environment) during the COVID virus situation. She will be here Sunday, ** July to stay for a prolonged period and needs a bed. I am going to have to find her a space to sleep until this is resolved. **I need to know ASAP when the missing parts can be expedited to me and then have Handy come back out to assemble the bed.
