This is my message to wayfair professional **Hello it's michelle smith and I have not received my $*** refund for gift card. I'm very displeased with wayfair to say the least **I want something to be done about this today before the end of business day.**M*****@***.com ******Hi Tayler***Further to yesterdays conversation and issues for * days to settle a simple gift card matter and now * days additionally I've waited for my refund of $*** that I'm out of pocket. **I want my money today **I’d like to discuss my purchase for the white ottoman that arrived to me damaged and I was told to keep it and got somewhat reimbursed with credit. **I paid for additional warranty on that product to have stain protection **So approx *-* months ago I emailed with a few Wayfair or all modern reps and was clearly told I’d be able to have my white ottoman replaced because the stain on the top of it isn’t coming out. **I think it might have been Kristie and she said I had * year warranty on it from Wayfair aside from the additional warranty I paid for **So then I discarded that coffee table stained ottoman of mine. I waited for that rep to get back to me and it didn’t happen so I started emailing over and over to end up getting an email saying I was not getting a replacement and I should have got rid of it in the first place ***Looking back now and after not receiving my linens for my dresser I purchased end of August thst were suppose to come to me and now this experience on top of matters, I’m overly displeased**I would appreciate it if my replacement ottoman that I paid additional warranty for would be shipped to me ASAP **Additionally I’m requesting to change the colour from white to black to hopefully prevent stain issues down the road. ***Please email me to let me know if your able to accommodate my home furnishing needs as I do not have a coffee table after being told I would. Rather upsetting to say the least **I’ve added it to my cart for you to view and im really hoping we can resolve this to conclude a positive transaction with Wayfair ***Michelle Smith*Independant decor advisor & owner***Genuine Decor, Gifts & Glam**
