I’m in the tried and true program and I’ve had nothing but trouble. I’ve called them numerous times trying to fix this and all I get is a runaround and lame excuses. I have two orders that I ordered on September **, and they’ll not be here until December because someone forgot to place my order. Really?! Now when I go in and try to order anything it tells me it’s ***% gone. So I can’t get anything that I want from the program. I called about that and was told that if I found something that I wanted to let him know and he’d place the order. I told him what I had tried to order was on the cart, and it was trying to charge me for it. He told me no, at first he said it wasn’t in the program, then he said it had already been spoken for. Well of course it had. But there were more. And to be fair my wishes should have been met. This is ridiculous the way they treat me about this.
