Dear Wayfair,**On September *th I placed an order for a bed. I am disappointed to say that this order is STILL not being compeleted to my satisfaction and I have had multiple issues throughout the process.*I have been corresponding with customer service about my concerns and for some reason I have not received even a reply to my last email, nor have the issues I have raised been addressed.*On October *th I sent a reply indicating that despite being told that a replacement product was sent that this solution did not resolve my concerns regarding this order.*I first received an incomplete order with parts missing, and then noticed the parts that I did receive were stained. I was told that a replacement is being sent out and while I have received the missing parts, the stained*damaged parts were not even addressed after I initially raised this concern.*We are now at nearly a month and a half from the time the order was placed, I have not rceceied a satisfactory replacement, nor have I received a reply to my email from almost * weeks ago. I am sitting here having spent my money on a damaged product and am now not even receiving the service that I have grown to expect from Wayfair. I am profoundly disappointed and having not received a response, makes me concerned that the level of service has in fact declined and that I can no longer reply on Wayfair for my online shopping needs.*I would appreciate if someone could reply and address these concerns with me. I am looking for a solution to not only the damaged product I have received, but also the unreasonable delay in delivery as well as the subpar service that I have unfortunately received on this order.*Looking forward to your reply and hoping for a timely resolution.**Sincerely, **Tanya
