I had recently purchased an office chair through the Wayfair website* order *************I had purchased this chair through Wayfair because it was comparably priced and there was supposed to be * day shipping. I placed the order expecting it to arrive tomorrow **********, however, I received an e-mail regarding the shipping, in which it states I am expected to receive my office chair on **********. I chose to use Wayfair over Amazon Prime because you offered * day shipping. Why proclaim that there is * day shipping via ground when it will take longer than a week. What’s the deal?** I needed the office chair sooner than ********** and I’m a bit frustrated. I advise being more transparent with shipping, or you will continue to lose customers to Amazon.
