I made my first purchase with Wayfair not knowing what to expect as I am a new customer. The entire experience was a nightmare. Not only did the agent not explain that my order would be delivered in two shipments (leaving me without a couch) they did not explain that the money would be temporarily deducted from my account initially, returned and then deducted again when the shipment was set for delivery. This action altered my banking log and made me extremely uncomfortable, especially because it was not explained. After getting past that my first item was delivered early before I even moved to the actual property, so again I was placed in a position of concern and forced to alter my day in order to figure out when and to whom the shipment was delivered to. At that time I realized my couch was not a part of the delivery. After calling I was then told I would have to wait a month to receive the couch. Extremely upset I decided to wait because I really liked the couch that I order. Today is finally the day the couch arrived. The delivery drivers showed up to my complex at *:**AM for delivery. A time when neighbors are still asleep and I am trying to get my children off to school. No worries, I wanted my couch. They bang the couch all the way to my *rd floor unit and unwrap a couch that was not the couch I order. What a disappointment, hassle and inconvenience. I had them take the couch back, called for a return and now I am left with no place to sit in the family room of my new home. I could cry. I have photos of my original order that I have sent to a supervisor (John Rivera) showing the couch that I originally ordered. Upon making the phone call to customer care regarding the wrong delivery I was told the couch was not available in Ivory forcing me to issue a refund and leaving me to figure out what’s next. You can request me email to John Rivera to see the photos and proof of the original couch I order. *I will never shop with Wayfair again and i am a loyal costumer to good businesses. *This is extremely unfair and unprofessional
