Hi I placed an order (***********) with wayfair on **********. *It was supposed to be delivered TUESDAY **********. I contacted wayfair WEDNESDAY ********** and THURSDAY **********, each day I was assured that my package will be delivered the next day. I spoke with TAMMY for a good hour and she reiterated that the package will infact be delivered by FRIDAY **********. I was told that the sticker on the box was not legible and had to be rerouted. Each day I heard a different story from wayfair AND Fedex. **This morning I received an alert and an email saying * out of * packages are delivered. My packages were nowhere to be found. I have been calling Tammy since this morning and was not able to get through. I spoke with FEDEX they said the system shows it was delivered TUESDAY **********, which is not possible because i was on the phone with wayfair for hours on THURSDAY **********.**I have been a loyal customer since ****, and have spent $*,***.** to date. I am disappointed at WAYFAIR's inability to solve this matter. **I am writing to request compensation for the delays. I had set up a housewarming party on FRIDAY ********** because my chairs were supposed to be delivered Tuesday **********. I should not be promised a product if you're not going to follow through with it. I have spent my morning calling Wayfair AND Fedex without a resolution.* *I am hoping for a fair compensation for my expended time and stress this delay has caused me and my family. I will be closing my account with Wayfair. I won't be recommending Wayfair, Joss and Main and AllModern to anyone and will be taking my business to overstock moving forward. **Unaiza Raza Admani**** *** ****
