Returned rug per phone call to have driver to pick up my rug on **-**-**. The lady said that it would be picked up between *pm and *pm. UPS driver picked it up and I had no label on it but he stated he would take care of it. Please inform me of what to do since I have found email for return. UPS said they could not help me but you know who sent UPS out to pick it up. I need help for someone has stolen my rug it appears even me allowing driver to take it. First time I have received a phone call. Always by email.

Always remember that Wayfair will issue a shipping label for any return. Although you may receive a phone call like I did please wait on email. Rug was picked up by UPS driver without return label and he stated he would take care of it. Called UPS and the lady said they could not help me. When returning an item fro Wayfair you will be notified by an email that they received it. Trust Wayfair by waiting on EMAILS regardless of any other correspondence. Thank you Wayfair.
