She has always responded to my e-mails In the past two weeks i hve sent four on the same product question with no response no response. is she still at Wayfair?* If not here is my problem.I wish to m purchase "Lark Manor Lustig Slipper Chair" (sku HOHN ****). However over one quarter of the *** reviews have voice the same problem as i have. It is impossible to determine the color of the chair (described as "washed pink") and need a fabric swatch.**Originally found on Joss &m Main site, such a request was made to customer service who promised to try to obtain one*and follow up, but never got back. I realize the chair is likely made in China ut some US design*importer must have specified the fabric and have a sample.**The customer serviice agent suggested ordering it and sending it back if we did not like the color, but this is not only wasteful of every bodies time and effort *repacking), but would stick us with a shipping cost if we wanted a refund rather than a store credit. ALL UNNECESSARY IF YOU CAN SECURE A SWATCH.**I cannot fathom how anyone can purchase some variety of a "pink" chair without having a clear depection of the color. In the case of the Taos utton swooP Slipper chair we were offered and received within a week such a pink swatch, However we much prefer the Lustig Chair**Can anyone help. ?**Leonard ladin
