To : WAYFAIR * image*.jpeg*This has been the worst online shopping experience that I have ever known.* *First of all, this cheap bird cage is Made in China and it’s so cheaply made, it could be sold at a Dollar Store. *There were no instructions included and the clamps are so thin they’ve almost broken off that hold the cage together??? **The doors are so tiny and the spring hardly allows you to open either door???*It’s difficult to maneuver and your hand does not fit through the door to add or remove anything?**This cage is in pieces and this has to be a mistake because it cost me almost *$ **.** (including shipping).*If I had of known it was Made in China, I never would of ordered it. **Has any staff at Wayfair checked out the products they’re endorsing and selling through the Wayfair name? I am certain that if Management researched this bird cage, they would take it off their online site. **If this cage ever fell, it would be destroyed. *All the fixtures are cheap plastic too?**I had to call PREVUE PET PRODUCTS today to have them send me the instructions that should be with every sale but as I took the items from the packaging, I realized just how badly this cage was made. **I am enclosing a pic to give you an idea how ridiculously tiny the door entrance is in the cage. A bird could barely fit through it and as I previously said, my hand cannot fit to take the bird out on my finger? It’s poorly designed for any interaction with the bird and impossible for cleaning because as you unhinge it, the cage eventually would fall apart with the cheap hinges coming right off.
