I want my money back*It's very heartbreaking. So we brought * day tickets for * of us included my * little girls for Disneyland orlando, besides we flew from another state, we had to rent car and hotel etc. We had to spent lot just to see smile on our kids. *Day *: we went to disney on October thought it be busy. We got into dinesy but too crowded, my daughter been too excited to see Minnie mounse. We couldnt get on to line. We got to ride only * of them in * hours. Because, each line waiting for about * hours. I mean seriously? My little kids got too tired and we all got sick on that day. Cathing a bus way too long line, want to eat food, huge line etc there was no way to enjoy the park. Felt tortured after spending lot money.**Day *: We went there early. My Daughter was soo excited to see minnie this time. We wanted to use from ** to * pm so we could enjoy more. But From the entrance they told the park will be closed at *pm on tuesday. We did not had any option to come on next day because we have a flight on next day early morning. We went to customer service but they did not help much, we said we wont be able to use whole day. If we can get money back for those * hours because they close at *pm. They gave the money back for that day, because they cant make it half. Therefore, the cards they took it and gave us a gift card to use in any disney store. I do not need gift card, i wont be able to use it on anywhere else. As well as, we could not go to the park. *It was because my little one was crying hard and she was soo sad. I promised her that i will take her there but i couldn't.*Disney all knows about business and money, they just likes to earn money from people and give nothing, pointless things and torturing.....*I will never go there and i will keep convincing my friends family to not to go there.
