The issue in GetHuman-budtheba's own words
talked to Sherwin Evan yesterday. Tried several things to fix TV. Last night and again today TV acted up again. When change channels color goes to a grey haze. Stays that way until you change channels again. Sometimes it will return to correct color and sometimes must change channels several times to get color to return.

GetHuman-budtheba did not yet indicate what Walmart Product Care Plan should do to make this right.
