What happens if my device cannot be repaired under the Walmart Product Care Plan?

Asked a year ago
If your device cannot be repaired under the Walmart Product Care Plan, you will be eligible for a replacement or a refund. If the device is still under the manufacturer's warranty, it will be referred to the manufacturer for repair or replacement. If the manufacturer's warranty has expired, Walmart will assist you in finding a comparable replacement. In case a replacement is unavailable or not possible, you will receive a refund for the original purchase price. The refund will be based on the remaining term of your Product Care Plan or the current market value of the device, whichever is lower. Walmart strives to ensure customer satisfaction and will make every effort to accommodate you in such situations.
