TALK TO A HUMAN BEING ABOUT HOW TO GET MY BIG BROKEN TV FIXED OR REPLACED OR SIMILAR. ... My TCL Roku **US**-W is having major screen issues. The left lamp looked like it may have died first, but after a couple days it came back... BUT then it seemed the middle lamp*area is dark and the color, etc , everything about the picture is awful and off and Crazy compared with normal. Also, for a day or so we had the scariest Green broken screen type stuff - absolutely unwatchable or decipherable- and scary as **** looked like it was dead dead... but then magically that stopped and now we can see the picture* stuff on the screen... sort of... but in the last hour it's now begun to flash*flicker, which will give me a seizure probably - already triggered a massive Migraine due to my photosensitivity, as well as being irritating, it is now completely unwatchable even in the interim AGAIN. This has been going on for a week or so now, all of a sudden out of nowhere we turned it on and it was... broken. No rhyme or reason , and it's gotten in some ways better or worse but always it's bad and always it's broken. These are the first problems we've had since purchasing this TV, which is great and all, but now my over $*** tv is $*** worth of broken plastic. Please help me. Thank You!!!!!!
I'VE BEEN TRYING TO FILE MY CLAIM SINCE LAST NIGHT - WEBSITE AS INSTRUCTED. IT IS DUMB AND I NEED TO TALK TO A HUMAN TO FIX IT'S DUMB. I AM TIRED OF THE PHONE AND WEBSITE DEAD END MAZE OF USELESSNESS AND JUST WANT TO TALK TO A HUMAN BEING!!!!!
REPLACE IT - IMMEDIATELY (PLEASE!!!), THOUGH THEY'LL PROBABLY WANT TO REPAIR IT. IT'S HUGE AND I HAVE NO WAY TO TRANSPORT IT TO A REPAIR CENTER, BTW.
