Hello John, Joanne and whoever else is on the escalation team or listening. I am desperate to get ahold of someone who will actually give me some customer service at Walmart Canada. **Every week I am told I am getting a refund. **Every week I am told the escalation team will return my call. **Every week I speak to Walmart customer service who tells me they will send it back to the escalation team. **This has been going on since August **. I have a Walmart.ca account. I use it nearly every week. I do a lot of my shopping online. For some reason every now and again my account has a glitch and shows my old address, where I have not lived in ** months. On August ** this glitch occurred. I had purchased from a third party seller. I tried to contact them, to no avail. This third party seller is non reputable. I tried to tell them about the glitch on Walmart website that keeps putting my old address. They did not respond. My purchase was shipped to the wrong address. I contacted Walmart Canada to advise and they said they couldn't get ahold of the third party themselves. This went on for several weeks in August and September. By this point, they must have received the items back as it went to the wrong address. They refuse to acknowledge this. **This is unacceptable behaviour. Walmart chose to bring in this third party seller that is not reputable. Walmart should be giving their customers the same customer service that they would if I bought from Walmart directly. Walmart instead is abusing me, the customer and forcing me in this never ending phone call circle for four months. After four months I have had enough. I have been more than patient. This has caused me way more stress and frustration than you can possibly imagine. **This package was my birthday gift. Thank you Walmart for helping me celebrate by causing me four months of ****. **I shop at Walmart Canada nearly every week. I know where I live. I know how to shop online. There is something wrong with YOUR website and YOUR third party seller and I will not accept any more excuses from you.
