I ordered a TV stand and the order number is ***-***-****. I paid for additional shipping which I assumed was faster and done through a different method other than Canada Post. My estimated time of arrival was supposed to be this Nov ** Thursday. Now I see the tracking number is linked to Canada Post telling me to expect delays up to December * or later. If that was the case I would’ve just picked standard shipping because there are delays in general. But by paying the extra seven dollars I assumed that I would get my package by your estimated date, or you were using a different means other than Canada Post. This is very upsetting I would like to be contacted about this or some sort of resolution, as it is miss leading to think you were paying more to get the faster service regardless of how or what method you are using to ship the product. If that was the case I would’ve just picked standard shipping because there are delays in general. But by paying the extra seven dollars I assumed that I would get my package by your estimated date, or you were using a different means other than Canada Post.
