The worst customer service ever. I called in December to cancel and the agent made a note that I may call back to cancel instead of actually cancelling. Why would this ever make sense?? I called today, to disput the new charge to my cancelled subscription and am being told that they cannot refund a charge even though the mistake was made by one of WSJ’s agents. Not only did this super friendly agent talk over me, she mocked me and laughed at my frustration over a mere $**.**. What kind of service is this? The pathetic part is that my husband was cancelling his monthly subscription so he could in turn pay for an entire year in full two months later. Nice job losing a great customer!
