I bought a bike over *months ago with a protection plan and a few weeks ago i tried to use it because the bike started to malfunction due to manufactures defect so i did the steps made a claim and then square trade said that the manufacturer wood sill cover what was wrong with it so I contact the manufacturer they sent me the part I had to put it on. So I try to put it on I couldn't get the pedal off to get the part on I took it into Walmart asked if the bike assembler could do it they said yeah then he called me back this weekend saying they don't do pedal bearings and there's nothing they could do for me I then try to make another second claim through SquareTrade they still denied me saying manufacturer will cover it. I just want to get another bike so a gift card for the amount that I paid for my bike because Walmart is the one that should be dealing with the manufacturer if this is the case it's not my fault and I've been going round and round trying to get this solved and it's still not solved and it's been * and *** Weeks
