Get a refund for a purchase I didn't make on my Wal-Mart prepaid card for$***,**. I was told its be put on my card while investigation took place yet nothi vs on ... I have a charge done from Wal-Mart.com for a little over $*** that was taken from my brand new Wal-Mart prepaid card. I am the only person with my card and pin number and would like to know how my information was taken to purchase with. Don't they have protection for us card users . I suppose not only do they not care enough to properly protect us card users but also like to investigate such serious matters in a rushed non professional manner. I just submitted my email about a day or two ago and already received an answer stating I was wrong and the purchase was valid. There reasoning for this was answered " we concluded this is a valid transaction and will remain on your account." Further stating.." Upon request we will send you a copy of any supporting documentation we used in making our decision. Thank you for using our financial products and we look forward to serving you again." Such BS!! Serving me. Right. They protected me ....no not even. More like brushing me along. Wrong customer to do that to. They failed at their jobs and I will let everyone know. Its ludicrous! Better protection is needed by them. They are quick to shut down the idea that I'm ( the customer is right...)speaking the truth about this transaction. Leading me or I should say misleading to me to believe those funds would be available for me while they investigated. I had obviously canceled my temp card and they canceled the permanent one I was eating on. So both cards canceledyet say that the money will go into your card. I knew even though I was and still am the victim they would treat me like a common criminal. How very sad. Now I need to know how to dispute this charge and get my $***.** on my card. At the time this purchase was made on my card I had a temporary card awaiting my permanent card in the mail. In which i had to call and cancel and they had to send out another permanent card. almost a month and a half later I finally received my card after they sent it to the wrong address. *In the meantime I am disputing this charge for $***.**every single person I was actually speaking to was polite but completely tried to talk me in circles when they realized they couldnt do that with me I was hung up on. Or oops disconnected blah blah blah. I was told the money would-be on the card and in never was put on. .. However I have heard every excuse . I literally emailed everything from the dipute form to showing reciepts of the transaction made date time place everything. how is it than I got a letter stating there investigation concludes the charge should stay on my card.For reals? You investigated myb case and state the charge will remain on my account,,ait was impossible to get that letter to me before i made the dispute by email
