when I set my card up the guy on the phone accidentally typed my email but I was fine with it since he said he couldn't change it anymore and I believe to know my pin , I must have accidentally put my pin wrong and I couldn't withdraw money or use it anywhere they asked for a pin , I tried to reset my pin but I had no access to the email to verify and switch the pin , now my card got blocked so to me buying some food and shoes , I still have money in my card and I can send a picture of my Drivers liscence and confirm social security number or anything you guys require, I just need my card unblocked urgently and if possible my pin changed to one I will remember because I need access to it since I'm out of town , I would highly appreciate if I spoke to someone soon because I've spoke to a couple of representatives and they weren't able to help me and the last one said a supervisor would call me back but no one ever did , I'm sorry for the inconvenience , thank you .
