Hi, *I was at Waitrose Bloomsbury today to buy a high price champagne (Dom Perignon). I talked to the wine department staff in the afternoon and confirmed the stock, promised that I would come back in the evening. When I was back the wine department staff was already off, it took fair a bit of time for another staff to find the bottle, which is fine. However, then we found the barcode was not in the system, and the staff contacted manager, the manager contacted someone else, took long time couldn't solve. Finally the solution of no solution was just to key in 'wine' and price. I spent at least a half hour more than necessary in the shop buying a wine that I already told the wine staff I will buy earlier in the day, and unfortunately it caused delay on my fellowing schedule. *I just want to suggest that maybe all wine barcode should be in the system, and if not always possible, which I can understand, maybe swiftly move on to manual sale can save everyone's time.**Regards*Po-yu Sung
