Spoke to several customer reps over a balance I have of $*** plus after my account was closed a month ago.I wanted to use the balance, because this was money that the company I work for deducted from my wages.I want my card to be rearivated soI can use my balance to purchase at the FSA store. NotOneRep has helped me and they claim that emails were sent to resolution Dept. But still no response no help. All I am asking is for reactivation for a day so I can use my balance. I was never notified that my deadline date would be changed from ***** to ****. I was not given the curtesy of an email notifying me of the changes and deadline **Bienvenida NuneZ
