I just received a notice that my last insurance payment (made through Conexis) had been returned to the bank because "unable to locate account". I do not know why this has happened because the last two payments I made had gone through without any problems and my bank information has not changed since then. **I attempted to log in to Conexis to find that I can no longer access my account because "no longer active" even though I made this last payment just a few weeks ago. As a result, my coverage has been canceled. I did not intend to cancel my coverage and do not understand why my last payment did not go through. Since I can no longer access my account, I don't even know where to begin. **How can I renew access to my account and continue my coverage?
