I need assistance with my booking [SR_Number: 1-[redacted]4]. The issue appears to be resolved, but the problem remains unsolved. Originally, my flights for January were canceled by Vueling, so I had to amend them. However, in error, I mistakenly changed both the outbound and return flights to February 1st. I promptly contacted Vueling to correct the return flight to February 5th, but the option to do so for free within 24 hours, as they mentioned, was not available in the "manage my booking" section. Although I was within the 24-hour window, I was still charged a penalty of £50 plus additional flight costs. Despite my attempts to communicate this to Vueling, they have not responded, leaving me with a request to simply change the return flight to the 5th of February as originally planned.

I would like to address my upcoming flight with booking code DFHERG for the Lisbon to Amsterdam route on December 9th, returning on December 12th. Due to the recent Covid-19 restrictions in both Amsterdam and Lisbon, my travel plans have been impacted. My friends, Diogo Pires and Sara Correia, were planning to attend a concert in the Netherlands, which has been canceled. Additionally, they now require a paid Covid test to return to Portugal, as the QR code certificate is no longer sufficient for entry.
Given these circumstances, I am kindly requesting a refund for the flight. Please advise me on the necessary steps to proceed with the refund process, and let me know if any additional information is required.

My booking with reference number WKGJVK had to be canceled due to the closure of Moroccan borders. I have been attempting to request a refund, but a prompt on the website asks me to select between changing dates or receiving a refund, with instructions supposedly sent via email by Vueling. Unfortunately, I have not received this email. I am unsure how to proceed without this communication. Will my flights be refunded? I am also puzzled as to why there seems to be no way to speak with an agent for assistance on any matter. Thank you.

I made a booking with edreams for a flight, but unfortunately, before vueling could confirm it, edreams canceled the booking. Surprisingly, [redacted],99 euros were deducted twice from my account - once by edreams and once by vueling - even though edreams assured me no funds would be taken.
While edreams has refunded their share, I am still missing the [redacted],99 euros from vueling for the canceled flight.

I recently changed my flight from December 19th to December 10th. I purchased the flight before Vueling updated its hand luggage policy, so I didn't have to pay extra for my hand luggage. I am curious if the previous policy still applies to me after changing my flight or if I need to pay extra as my receipt does not mention any specifics.

Dear Manager,
I want to bring to your attention that Spain has updated its entry requirements as of December 1st, now mandating proof of Covid vaccination for all travelers. However, my partner has chosen not to get vaccinated due to personal beliefs, which means we are unable to visit Spain for tourism as planned. This change was unexpected given the timing of our booking. Adding to the confusion, my partner was initially informed by the Spanish government that a negative Covid test result would suffice for entry when inquiring.
Unfortunately, due to these unforeseen circumstances, we have no choice but to cancel our flight and request a refund. We hope to revisit this trip once the situation improves.

Hello, I am traveling to Spain with my 15-year-old and 12-year-old sons. They both had COVID officially in November [redacted] and received one dose of the Pfizer vaccine. I know that Spain considers individuals fully vaccinated if they had COVID and received one dose. My sons were vaccinated in October and November [redacted]. Today we attempted to check in online for our flight on the 11th from ATH to TFN. However, we were unable to do so and were prompted to check in at the airport. While filling out our PLF, we encountered an issue as we couldn't generate a QR code without seat numbers. Due to the inability to check in online, we were forced to buy seats to complete our PLF. We ended up purchasing four seats at an additional cost, which makes us wonder if the original ticket purchase would have included seat assignments if online check-in was an option. Despite trying for over 5 hours, we had to reluctantly buy seats to proceed with the essential PLF for our flight. We are disappointed with this additional expense and are hopeful for a prompt explanation regarding the situation.

I have a flight booked with Vueling from Alicante to Barcelona, and then from Barcelona to Dubai with Emirates airline. I used the Edreams website to make the booking. I need to change my Vueling flight to an earlier time, preferably 7 am instead of 6 pm. However, Edreams is quoting a high fee for each passenger for the change, even though the cost of a new Vueling ticket is much lower. When I tried to make the change on the Vueling website, it directed me to contact my travel agent, which is Edreams. There are available seats for the earlier flight on the Vueling website.
