Hi I have a booking for October ****.*Reservation ID is K****V*When I go into the manage my booking page I enter my email address (*****@***.com) and the reservation ID. It let's me in and I can see that it is the correct flight (vy**** Dublin to Barcelona) for * adults and * children.*Then a pop up box appears and looks for my email address and phone number when I fill it in email (*****@***.com) and phone number (**********).*It keeps saying that the email and phone number are not the correct format and I am unable to go any further. *I have booked these flights through Loveholidays.ie *Please help *Joan Purcell.

You have to have an outlook or Gmail account, my main email address is still Hotmail which they didn't except.*If this was made clear I could have given them one sooner and I would have saved myself hours of research. *But if they would have excepted my email address like the rest of the world does then there would be no problem.
