Hello,**It was so wrong your works on that flight, VY ****, in many ways.*Vueling Airlines *Vahvistuskoodi: E*F*NL**First of all, it was *,* ours late.*We think that all the flights late starting is because you customers bring too many bags to airplane and it takes so long to palce them upp lugges place!!!! many people have * or * bags,suitcases for computer… and those are quite big!!!! You allow them to do so, at airport you have sign of that. It is impossible wrong, becauce many luggeses take to much time to place bags to bags places, and another people have stay on line for long long time.*Then, when about half of people have gone inside to the plane with all thres * bags, You ( air hostess) deside to check at airplanes door all little bot bigger bags to cargo hold !!!!! Why an earthe you do not check that at airport, a bit earley!!!!!!! So should not need so many people of staff to do work ( that mess!!!!!) And if you do so, there are no late going plane, because everything go smootly and quickley. We had bag, what we have had many years in cabin, and no problem, it is fabrik and it was half full, so it goes heap if it is necessary …..And in it was my iPad, and now it is not working good, something have went wrong…….??????**We know very many airline companies which to do so ( Above told), and have done it for so long time, it is also security thig also! Only one bag to inside airpale, and that so! In your airplane that reason of chaos is that bag in cargo hold costs ** €, it is unbelivable????? And we bought at Bilbao one big bag ang have to put it into the cargo hola and pay that shocking price….?????? And those another peole get it free at airplanes door!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!**The at Barcelona, when the airplane have landeed, people who have put bags what so every places when they came to airplane….. trying to go back to airpalne and so on to bring there bags, it is unbelievable mess-chaos on airpalne…*%*(*(%&***%*&*(())***ou have to think yout way to do your works and regulations to customer, or you are in big promlems at future.***Regards**Soili P*rn*nen
