I recently purchased the Discovery Channel show, Cooper’s Treasure, expecting to receive the full season at once. However, when I tried to watch the episode I left off on, I encountered a loading issue on my laptop. Despite multiple attempts, the episodes wouldn't load. Due to my iPhone sign-in problems, I can't use the Vudu app to watch on my phone. I have tried everything to make it work on my laptop without success. I would like a refund as I can't watch any episodes and I expected to have access to unaired episodes. I hope to have the refund added back to my card or PayPal account, as I read it's possible. Hello! I recently purchased the Discovery Channel show "Cooper's Treasure" only to encounter issues trying to watch it on my laptop. I also faced challenges with my iPhone, making it difficult to download the Vudu app. As a new Vudu user, I was disappointed I couldn't view the full season I thought I had bought. I redeemed a free movie through Verizon using Verizon Up credits. I attempted more than 30 times to use the code, but the app kept sending me back to the previous screen. Contacting Verizon was unhelpful, so now I'm trying to reach out to Vudu through their website. I hope someone can help me fix this issue and either credit my account or provide the movie I tried to redeem. Despite my frustration, I do appreciate Verizon's rewards system. I've been a loyal Vudu user for many years and would like to resolve this matter. If you could credit my account for a new movie or provide guidance on proving my purchase, that would be greatly appreciated. My one-year-old got ahold of the remote, and before we realized, a movie was purchased. Initially, we thought it was rented, but my older children watched it unknowingly. We do not have UHD 4K and did not intend to purchase the movie "Aquaman." While we have bought movies in the past and will continue to do so, we did not mean to buy this one. Yesterday, I attempted to redeem my Aquaman HDX code from my Blu-ray on Vudu. However, an error message appeared stating that the promo code could not be redeemed, advising me to try again later. I then attempted to redeem the code on Movies Anywhere, only to receive an error message indicating that the code had already been redeemed. Upon returning to Vudu to retry redemption, another error message displayed, expressing that something was not right. Subsequently, I observed my movie count fluctuate from [redacted] to [redacted] before rising to [redacted] after logging out and logging back in. Despite these changes, Aquaman was not added to my library. I still possess the code but lack the receipt. Is there a way to add this movie to my Vudu library, considering the issues faced during redemption?

Good morning, I am in need of urgent assistance regarding a recent rental purchase on Vudu. Yesterday, I bought a rental version of the movie "The Mule." Typically, my rentals have been accessible for at least two weeks, but this time I was informed that I could view it until May 2nd. Unfortunately, as I dozed off while watching it last night, I didn't finish the movie. Today, the rental is no longer available in my Vudu library. I am frustrated as I couldn't complete the movie, and now I wonder if I have to repay for it. Any help from the Vudu support team to extend my rental time would be greatly appreciated. I recently purchased a movie card at my local Walmart in Oro Valley, Arizona, thinking it was a collection of five DVDs. However, I later discovered it was for watching on TV via VUDU, not what I expected. When I tried to return it, the assistant manager, Israel, explained that I needed to contact VUDU for a refund of $39.99. The customer service team at Walmart tried to help by entering the activation code but was unsure of the process as they had not seen a VUDU card before. I have not visited the VUDU website, registered, or activated the card on my receipt. I apologize for my mistake and lack of knowledge regarding your service. We have been purchasing movies from VUDU for many years. Unfortunately, recently we have been experiencing issues with the videos cutting out, making them unwatchable. During a recent call for assistance, a kind man was helping us, but the call got disconnected. I want to commend him for his helpful and positive demeanor. His professionalism and composure were outstanding, even though the problem was out of his control. Our account is chriskingcorso. I am having trouble deleting movies from my Vudu account that I deleted from Movies Anywhere six months ago. I prefer to purchase movies from Vudu or iTunes. I am extremely upset about the recent issues with my TV service. In April, I requested a walk-through to set up parental controls to prevent my children from ordering movies without my permission. Despite the representative's courtesy in removing one incorrect charge, there are discrepancies in the charges and movie orders. Movies like "King Kong," "What Men Want," and "Spider Man Homecoming" that were ordered did not play properly. Even after pre-ordering "Madea's Funeral," it did not play, yet still charged my account. As a result, my account is overdrawn due to these unnecessary charges. I purchased several movies at Walmart with stickers indicating they came with bonus movies on Vudu. However, after scanning my receipt, I only received 3 movies without any bonus ones. The movies I bought were: The Stand (Bonus movie: The Stand), Baywatch (Bonus movie: The Longest Yard), World War Z (Bonus movie: Event Horizon), Daddy's Home (Bonus movie: Daddy's Home 2), and There Will be Blood (Bonus movie: Shutter Island). Despite expecting all movies and bonuses, I only got 3 movies. I have evidence including pictures of the movies, barcodes, receipt, and an email confirmation showing the 3 movies I received. Any assistance in resolving this would be greatly appreciated.

I purchased "XXX Return of Xander Cage" and was expecting to receive the free digital copy of "Jack Ryan: Shadow Recruit" on Vudu as part of the promotion. Instead, I received "XXX Return of Xander Cage," which I do not want. I simply want to receive "Jack Ryan," as per the offer. Additionally, when I bought the "Final Destination 5 Film Collection," it was supposed to come with a free digital copy of the same collection on Vudu. However, I received the "Highlander 5 Film Collection," which I did not intend to get as I already own the Highlander collection on DVD. I have been trying to resolve this issue for over a week now and would appreciate a prompt solution. My family and I enjoy the service, but this experience is causing us to lose faith. On April 30, [redacted], I bought several DVDs at Walmart, three of which had VUDU stickers offering $2 movie credits each. I didn't attempt to redeem them immediately as I was busy watching my new DVDs. When I finally tried to redeem the credits, I noticed there was no authorization code on the receipt. Today, May 13, [redacted], I went to the Walmart Customer Service Center at the store where I made the purchase. The Walmart representative informed me they were not responsible for providing the code. Seeking assistance directly from VUDU now to understand how to receive my $6 credit from the three movie stickers without the authorization code. The stickers are valid until December 31, [redacted]. I am requesting a refund for unauthorized charges on my account. Over the past month, my card has been charged over $85 in five separate transactions, excluding movie rentals. Hello, I am experiencing difficulty playing several of the movies I purchased and all of the available featurettes. An error message "Unable to stream this movie at the moment due to a Network Error. Please try again later." keeps popping up, and I've attached a screenshot of the exact error for reference. This problem started on Thursday, November 18th and has been increasingly affecting more movies over time. It seems to be an issue with my Roku streaming device, which is the only option I have to watch these purchased movies. I've already tried a factory reset on the Roku to rule out a device problem and believe it to be an account-related issue. If this issue is not resolved soon, I will need a refund for all the affected movies and might have to seek alternative options for future purchases. I participated in the VUDU "spend $40, get a $10 promotional code" offer by using their Disc-to-Digital service. I made three separate $40 purchases before the offer ended on January 3rd, anticipating to receive three $10 codes. I only received one code and would appreciate clarification regarding the offer's terms. If I misunderstood the rules, kindly point out the relevant details. If I am correct in my understanding, I would like assistance in receiving the remaining two $10 codes. Thank you for your help.

Regarding the VUDU offer, I participated in the "spend forty dollars, get a ten-dollar promotional code" deal by using VUDU's Disc-to-Digital service. I made three forty-dollar purchases before the offer ended on January Third. However, I only received one ten-dollar code instead of the three I was expecting. I checked the terms at watchvudu.com/yearend and fandango.com/policies/promo-code-policy, and I didn't see any mention of a limit on how many times the offer could be used. Can you clarify if there's a restriction I missed or help me obtain the two additional ten-dollar codes that I believe I should have received? Thank you for your assistance.

Despite providing the requested information on dates and prices, I have not received a response or a refund. Christmas is approaching, and it would be valuable to have this matter resolved promptly. I have been a loyal customer of VUDU for over six years. My girlfriend, who is 71, and I, at the age of 72, have collectively built a collection of nearly [redacted] movies and TV shows using our bank cards. My experience with VUDU has been exceptional until two weeks ago when my login was suddenly blocked. I initially contacted VUDU customer service at [redacted] to address an issue with two Lord of the Rings movies I purchased that turned out to be duplicate versions of ones I already owned. After a series of calls and emails, the situation remains unresolved, and my account is still blocked. Despite numerous attempts to rectify the issue, including escalations to corporate, I am yet to receive a resolution. I have spent a significant amount of money on my movie collection and am baffled as to why I am being locked out of my account. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated. Thank you, David and Irma.

I've been locked out of VUDU after purchasing [redacted] films and TV shows in the past year due to a movie chargeback issue. This was initially approved by a VUDU support agent two weeks ago. The problem arose because I unintentionally made duplicate purchases of a few films, out of the [redacted] I own. My girlfriend, who is 71 years old and has MS, and I, 72 years old, have built up a nice film library. We've been waiting for two weeks now for a resolution, causing a lot of frustration for a matter involving less than $20. I feel trapped in limbo with no clear timeline for when this issue will be fixed. The lack of communication and understanding from VUDU headquarters is disheartening, especially after being loyal customers who have spent so much on their platform. Regular VUDU support agents mention the escalation to headquarters but offer no solution or timeframe, leaving us in disbelief.
