I was forced to cancel my contract with Vodacom due to financial reasons. My contract was cancelled end November **. There seems to be a soft lock on my phone number at Vodacom as I cannot use or retrieve my number for prepaid usage or other providers usage.*PLEASE HELP. None of the Vodacom numbers provided can resolve my problem************ is my number.
