My contract was upgraded on the **th Dec. on the *st Dec all my numbers were locked. I phoned in and the unlocked the nubers, but not **********. There was no reason for blocking the numbers - all is paid for. They said something about a credit limit that I do not understand - it never was aproblem. It is urgent to get this phoned unlocked - it is a business phone. Louise

Yes, Tollfree number - waited for hours for an agent to speak to, phoned more than ten times. Asked to unblock number. She could help me! I also tried emailing and live chat on Vodacom website - not available. And Facebook, and sms *****, and the app.
