I had done a R** airtime advanced. I had received an SMS that said I had three days to pay the outstanding amount. On the second day I recharged with R***, which was to pay the outstanding amount. Yet nothing was taken from the recharge amount. When I took a look it had added the R** to my bill, a day before it should have. I would like the outstanding amount to be taken off of my recharged airtime and not added to my bill, because I had recharged before the said date.
Taking my advance airtime from my recharge money and not add it to my bill.
I have an issue with Vodacom too
