Help with my Vodacom issue
How did GetHuman-gerhardk do it?

The issue in GetHuman-gerhardk's own words
Vodacom phoned me and told me because I am a good customer that my phone tariff will be reduced and that it is not a new contract but just to thank me. Which happened and I am very grateful for that, however, when I wanted to upgrade they said I can only upgrade in May of **** after they told me it is not a new contract. My dilemma is my Phone pack up and now I have to wait until next year before I would be able to upgrade!!!! What am I to do? Please advised???
