I explained to the man that I do not have a flip phone anymore...it was very old and I threw it out. My son died and he gave it to me and if there was a password he knew it, as I am disabled and can't hear * well so I do not have the cell phone of *********** anymore, just the house phone. I tried to cancel the **.** they take out but they wouldn't let me and I have no phone. please help me! Mary Murphy
