I am awaiting a refund for a flight that was changed by Virgin Atlantic. My booking reference was FFP*V*. Original flight VS-*, ****-***, Heathrow to JFK. I spoke to a VA representative in September and she assured me that the refund would be forthcoming.*I received an e-mail from the VA Refunds Department on ** October saying that my refund had been processed and would be made to my original form of payment within ** working days. As of today I have received no refund. It was to be credited to my VISA card ending in ****.*Please let me know what is happening and when I can expect my refund.*Thank you. RUTH KAPLAN
