I have booked a flight thinking it was with your airline , but instead it went to an agency, I have had terrible customer service with these people, I realised that they had spelt my name incorrect on y ticket, My name is Dawn Mccastle, and they spelt my last name as Mccastor, I have asked them numorous times to correct it, andhave no luck so far, The company is called Fare Machine llc. My booking ref is EES**T, I am due to fly to London Heathrow on * May from Los Angeles, and fly back on the return journey onthe ** th May, Is there any possible way I can get help from you, It would be much appreciated , tks
