Hello, a few months ago, I purchased three tickets for the Euro [redacted] match between Turkey and Italy on June 11, [redacted]. I recently received an email instructing me to download the UEFA app to access the tickets online. Upon doing so and entering my email, which is the same one used to purchase the tickets from Viagogo, I encountered an issue. The UEFA app shows that my email is not in their database, leaving me without access to the tickets for the upcoming match. I have requested a refund for the amount charged to my credit card and provided evidence of the situation with screenshots. I am currently awaiting their response. If you have any suggestions on what other steps I should take, I would appreciate your advice.

I bought 2 tickets to The Killers with Order no: [redacted]8 in [redacted] for the original date of Tuesday, June 9, [redacted], totaling £[redacted].74. The tickets were a gift for my husband. Due to multiple reschedules from the Covid-19 Pandemic, we are now two years past the initial purchase date, and we cannot attend the latest rescheduled date. Despite trying to resell on Viagogo, we have had no luck. I am requesting a full refund as we have not been able to use the tickets, and the event has been rescheduled twice. We believe this situation does not comply with The Consumer Credit Act or The Consumers Rights Act [redacted]. Looking for guidance on how and when we can expect the refund. Thanks, E J Salter

I received an email about the Willie Nelson concert at Bethlehem Musikfest, which was rescheduled from [redacted]. We had made hotel and transportation arrangements for the event but were informed that Willie Nelson is not even on the schedule. I contacted Viagogo to request a refund for the tickets we purchased. Last year, we were informed that we couldn't get a refund due to the postponement. It's frustrating that after all the planning, the concert isn't happening. I hope to get the ticket refund to cover the non-refundable hotel deposit and transportation costs, easing the disappointment and inconvenience we are facing. - Sharon O.

I purchased 5 tickets for Elton John's concert in Barcelona but received an email stating the event has been postponed without a confirmed date, possibly rescheduled for [redacted]. With two tickets intended for my aging parents who may not be able to wait until then, I am seeking options to attend the concert in Paris (October 12 or 13) or Belgium (October 16 or 17) instead. Good morning, I purchased 2 tickets for the Amaral concert in Zaragoza, Spain, on September 25th, on August 19th at 00:35. Order No: [redacted]0. I received an email from Viagogo confirming the tickets for September 25th in Zaragoza, but upon downloading them, I discovered that the date on the ticket is December 17th, not September 25th. I have contacted Viagogo via email and phone at least 4 or 5 times on August 24th, 26th, and 28th to clarify the actual concert date. I checked the official AMARAL website 2 days ago and noticed that the September 25th concert in Zaragoza was not listed but instead scheduled for December 17th. Viagogo failed to inform me that the concert was moved to December 17th until a phone call I received today, despite me asking via email earlier. I requested a refund during my last call on August 28th, as the concert date did not match what Viagogo advertised on their website for September 25th. I request a prompt response as I feel disappointed and misled. All previous attempts to address this issue have been unsuccessful. I am willing to take legal action if a satisfactory resolution is not provided promptly. Regards

Unfortunately, I am unable to make it to the event and tried to follow the advice to sell my tickets without success. Upon checking Ticketmaster, I could not locate my tickets for sale. At this point, I would appreciate either a refund or a credit note. The Viagogo help center seems non-existent, making it impossible to reach anyone for assistance. Additionally, the helpline number provided has been unhelpful as I am unable to get through.

Subject: Issue with Purchase Contract / Sting Concert Tickets Order No. [redacted]0 Hello, Thank you for delivering the Sting concert tickets. On 17.8.[redacted], my husband, U.S., purchased 2 tickets for the Sting concert on 9.7.[redacted] through your company. He paid a total amount of [redacted].05 € via Visa for these 2 tickets. The tickets were delivered to us by UPS on 8.9.[redacted]. Since we returned from vacation on 18.9., we only opened the envelope with the tickets yesterday, 20.09.21. The face value of one concert ticket is printed as 79.90 € (see photo), meaning a total of [redacted].80 € for 2 concert tickets. However, you charged us a total of [redacted].05 € for 2 concert tickets. This constitutes a breach of contract under § [redacted],1 as a void transaction, as well as fraudulent deception. I kindly request the immediate refund of the price difference amounting to [redacted].25 € to the Visa account you have on file, or to proceed with the cancellation of the purchase contract and the 2 concert tickets. Regarding order number [redacted]6, I recently attempted to sell my weekend ticket through Viagogo after recovering from COVID. The tickets were initially transferred to me via Ticketmaster by my mother. I listed the tickets for £[redacted] with a valid 'e-ticket' QR code attached. Despite the authenticity of the code and providing photo evidence, on September 21st, Viagogo informed me that the buyer was denied entry. I was then notified on the 22nd that I would be charged £[redacted].20 as compensation for the ticket not functioning, an amount exceeding the ticket's original cost. This situation seems unjust as the tickets were legitimate, no fault was on my end, and the payment was voided as the sale was genuine.

Hello, I am selling 1 ticket on Viagogo that I purchased for $[redacted].73 in American dollars, equivalent to $[redacted].79 in Australian dollars. This ticket is for front Row AA in Section [redacted], a great seat for the Engelbert Humperdinck concert at the San Jose Civic Centre on December 5, [redacted], at 8:00 PM. Hello. I purchased 2 tickets for the Morat concert on September 4th in Córdoba through Viagogo. The payment of €[redacted].85 was made on August 23, [redacted]. Following the confirmation email, I successfully received the tickets for this event. Subsequently, I bought an additional 2 tickets for the Morat concert on September 16th in Logroňo for €[redacted].10 on September 6th. Unfortunately, I did not receive a confirmation email or the tickets for this purchase. Despite contacting Viagogo and providing proof of payment for both transactions (from August 23, [redacted], and September 6, [redacted]), I only received tickets for one purchase. After Viagogo suggested I send proof of payment for the missing tickets, I promptly did so. I have been in communication with Viagogo, requesting a refund for the outstanding tickets from September 6th as I have already paid the full €[redacted].95 for all 4 tickets. Despite multiple emails, I have not received the necessary support from their team.

Order number [redacted]3 for Derek S. I placed an order for a ticket to the Steps concert and requested delivery by post due to not having a printer. Initially, I was told it would arrive a week before the event. However, I later received an email stating I needed to download the ticket, which poses an issue since I don't have a printer. Regarding access to the venue, I learned an NHS-Covid pass is required, along with photo ID like a driver's license or passport. My personal documents are outdated, so I'm unsure how to proceed. Hello, I purchased a ticket to watch a match at Camp Nou in Barcelona, Spain on 10/22/[redacted]. The game was between Barca and Real on Sunday, 10/24/[redacted] at 4:15 PM, priced at [redacted].78 euros. My order number is [redacted]4; unfortunately, my ticket was not valid, and I was not allowed entry. I had to purchase another ticket for [redacted] euros to watch the match. I purchased tickets on 12/11/[redacted] for the Madrid vs. Valencia match on January 9th. However, the game is not on that date as the website indicated. I was charged for the tickets, but I can't find them in the app or in my email. There is no record of them anywhere. How can I get my tickets or have them exchanged, as I bought them for the wrong date? If I don't receive the tickets, please refund the money to my account. I feel like I'm being scammed, and if this is not resolved, I will take legal action.
