I am writing to you to both complain and request data you hold about me related to an issue about: Purchased Tickets**The booking reference is: **********The issue that I have experienced was: I learned about how there have been many times when duplicate or even plagiarized and fake tickets have been sold on viagogo. I've never been to a concert and have always wanted my first to be this band, and I'm now very scared that the tickets are fake. I tried the customer support on your website but there was no prerequisite for this ticket confirmation problem, so I tried looking for an email to directly ask you but there was none. I tried calling you with the number provided from the "Call Us" button but it didn't go through and a voice told me the phone number is not in service, even though the description literally states that the customer support hotlines "are open ** hours a day, * days a week." (taken directly from your website.) The phone number resolver provided was also a number not in service. I don't know what else to do which is why I'm here now.**The affect on me was: I was very disturbed when finding out about the countless times ticket buyers received fake tickets from viagogo, and that they only found out about the fake tickets in person when they were trying to get into the venue. I was so excited to find tickets for this show because it was apparently sold out (I was late to even finding out they were going on a world tour), and so I didn't care about the price. It's for a band I've admired for a really long time, not to mention my first ever concert experience, so I immediately made the purchase. I have been excited for the show ever since making the purchase, but now upon finding out that the tickets I bought may have been fake, the trip to the venue could be a waste (I have to take a plane there), and I actually wasn't going to the concert I had been so excited about, is really heart braking and unimaginable. The amount of vagueness that is presented in the viagogo support pages on the website also worries me that I have actually be scammed.**The problem occurred on: ************I would like you to: Please contact the direct seller of my tickets and check with them if they're real or not. Please make ***% sure. That's really all I'm asking, I want to not have this fear of traveling all the way to the venue, engaging with similar fans like myself, waiting in queue for hours until reaching the front, and after all that being told by the worker that the ticket I had been cherishing until that point had been invalid all along, and being asked to move out of the line, while continuously scolding myself for not doing more to check if the tickets were real or not.**I would also remind you that I would like you to provide me with data related to this issue including related communications and transactions between myself and your company.**I look forward to your prompt response on this matter.
